Heldtdesk is built on partnerships.

For over a decade, nonprofit organizations and small businesses alike have asked members of our team for help. Help with fundraising. Help with marketing and websites. The kind of hands-on help that makes a big difference for a small business.

We informally launched Heldtesk in early 2020 when the pandemic decimated the performing arts community and left arts organizations in a particular pickle – how to keep audiences engaged outside of the theater walls. 

One-off campaigns quickly evolved into flexible monthly service retainers. Fast forward five years, our operation has grown from one independent contractor to a thoughtful co-op of industry partners. Each highly skilled and committed to providing affordable services to organizations on a mission.

Becky Heldt, Partner

Becky Heldt is a marketing and organizational leader with a passion for non-profits and small businesses. Over her 15+ years of marketing and leadership work, she has provided new business development support to small-to-mid size companies, led the marketing and communications of multiple non-profits, managed operational budgets, and delivered successful fundraising programs to benefit the arts and education. Becky’s strategic thinking and skilled communication have provided a proven track record in increasing revenue, audience engagement, and brand awareness for organizations located across the country.

Paul Schneider, Partner

Paul Schneider is a customer journey and paid media specialist. Their passion for community building and fostering human connection is what drives their daily work. With extensive experience in client services, B2C & B2B sales, and digital marketing, Paul brings a detailed understanding of the customer journey to every campaign.
